Catherine Place is announcing the transition of our Executive Director, Traci Kelly, to Operations Director as of October 1, 2021. Traci has been with Catherine Place since the summer of 2017 when she took on the Executive Director role. She has led Catherine Place through a programmatic transition within the organization and throughout COVID. Due to family concerns, Traci will be taking a step back in responsibility, which means an opportunity for a new leader to join the Catherine Place team.
“Traci has brought clear vision, knowledge of the local community, and a dedication to our mission. She has served with distinction, and we are confident this transition will go smoothly,” said Catherine Place President, Anne Crowley. “Traci has done an incredible job as Catherine Place Executive Director, providing astute fiscal and policy analysis on complex and critical issues facing Catherine Place, and her ability to facilitate consensus on those issues is appreciated. Her transition to Operations Director gives us the opportunity to bring in additional community voices to build our support of women in Pierce County,” added Catherine Place Vice President Abi McLane.
